Inverter system a total disaster

Do not touch… very good sales process… zero after sales support and service. My installation has just failed for the THIRD TIME since being installed. By having different entities for the inverter, batteries and installation they avoid accountability and support. I am left with having to get legal assistance to have a system ripped out that doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
