Bad quality products, bad attitudes and bad repair

I was really happy to buy a Tivoli Radio Model Two from I-Fi in Cape Quarter for R3500, the radios get good reviews. Not long afterwards, one of the speakers started acting up, and the radio couldn't tune anymore. So I phoned in the problem to the shop and already there was bad attitude from the owner of the shop saying that it won't be a warranty job. Anyways, so I take the radio in to have it checked out by their \workshop"";the \""workshop\"" agrees to do the repairs for a few hundred less. As I always ask for the replaced parts of anything I have fixed"
