Good morning. I just want to warn people against ctgaragedoors. They replaced the motor of my roll-up garage door on 26 August 2025, there still was a problem with the door, especially with rolling down, and I called again. Dylan promised to fix it on the Friday. He did not come. I phoned him and another person, but they declined the calls. I phoned from another number, the woman answered, we explained and she promised to come back to me. I am still waiting. I sent 2 emails, still not receiving any answer. Unfortunately I trusted them and made the payment of almost R6000 way too soon. I learnt a lesson from them. Thank you.
