I-Credit SA made contact with me in April 2025 to assist me in removing me off of Debt Review. I have been dealing with a Godfrey. I had to pay R6500 over a period and while doing so they would start the process with the Attorney and submissions to the courts. I was told it can take up to 4-6 months. I finished paying the amount due. I kept asking for follow up and it will take forever for someone to get back to me. In April i was told that there has been a delay due to a NCR Debt Help system being down from Feb to March. But they are working closely with the Attorney who is also backlogged. 24th April - I had to follow up again and was told that the court order was issued and the attorney indicated that they should have a commissioned copy of the order by end of April. I then followed up again first week of May then he following week and so on. With no responses. Their telephone numbers just ring. This is extremely frustrating as I am wanting to purchase a home and cannot do so if this has not been cleared.
