Once I paid this was there email response
"We are unable to prove that the address shown on the report is not correct, neither you ever indicated this address as not being current in any correspondence before seeing the report. "
"If the person is trying to hide, there is nothing you can do. "
For a company which claims to track and trace.

23 Oct 2019, 08:41Anelisiwe, we are not a track and trace company and have never claimed to be. We have a database that can confirm contact information of an individual. Track and trace is a whole different business that is typically run on a no fee no win basis. We see this matter as closed.
