The Exceptional iCare Social Worker, Miss Thobe Gwala

I would like to rate Miss Thobe Gwala, a social worker that works at iCare an organization serving the street kids with rehabilitation, outreach, housing, and skills. I have observed Miss Gwala's dedication, hard work and involvement while servicing the street kids. The days she picks from the streets the street kids to the drop center. She has a great relationship with the street kids, cares, and communicates with them.

During the family meeting event on 1 June which Miss Gwala had to be a part of, I observed her stressing about the details, organizing the food, making sure there was enough tools for the day activities, and everything put together for the event in Verulam. They sync with her team members, that are as enthusiastic, eager and showing love and care for their job. In this day I had spent at iCare Family and Street Kids meeting, the iCare staff left a great impression on me of staff that is caring, concerned, loving, empowering and have a great interest in helping the families as well as the street kids. The parents as well as the kids were happy at the end of the day activities. It was an awesome experience to watch a team work together in union towards helping the needy people in the Durban community. Miss Thobe Gwala is a valuable and exceptional member of iCare staff and deserve her STARS along with the gentlemen that she works with.
