Vehicle sold with multiple oil leaks and high engine pressure as per Bosch report

On May 7th I took possession of a vehicle which Vibashin Naidoo the dealer principal of I and I cars sold me. It was a 2010 mercedes E350CDI. When asked he told me that the vehicle was mechanically sound. Less than a week later the vehicle was leaking from the sump. The vehicle was sent in and another 6days following its return to me. It was leaking again. I sent it to Bosch and they told me that the vehicle engine pressure is too high and that the engine has multiple leaks. Mr Naidoo denied this saying that Bosch do not understand the mechanics of a vehicle. He even hid the service history from me which disclosed that the vehicle had oil leaks from very early in its mileage. Eventually I reported him to the Ombudsman and had to settle for another brand of car which I was not interested in. Do not buy from I and I cars. I placed a 138k deposit and he refused to refund me. It was a long, painful journey and believe it or not that vehicle has been advertised just a month later and I pity the next victim.
