Traumatic Experience At I Am Studio.

<p>I have honestly never experienced service as poor as I have received at I am studio. <br />I called in and made an appointment for 1:30. I arrived at the store at 1:15 and thought atleast I'd be early. <br />I was told to have a seat and was only attended to at 1:50. <br />We all have places to be and things to do and this is unacceptable.</p> <p>I looked passed this and was taken to the back to have my hair washed and indeed, my hair was washed with COLD WATER. When I asked for hot or even warm water I was told that the gesyer isn't working. Can you run a salon like this?</p> <p>After my hair was washed I went to the station I was told to be at. The lady brushed my wet hair and then made me wait an additional 15 minutes to get my wet hair dried while the lady kept running to the customer prior to myself. <br />I understand that she was doing her job for that customer, but I am also a customer and this is unacceptable.</p> <p>She dried my hair carelessly, burning my scalp with the hair dryer. <br />I asked for a bouncy look so she put in rollers.. but before she put in the rollers, she blow dried my hair and left the brush in my hair. Now I have been to other salons and I haven't experienced this before and thankfully so because it was extremely painful on my scalp.<br />After she was done, my hair was more damaged and I was irritated beyond words.</p> <p>I advice people to go to I am studio if they feel like enduring a traumatic experience.</p>
