DISGUSTED BEYOND BELIEF

i needed work to be done at my house. i got a quick response to set up an appointment and was quoted. i was requested to pay the FULL amount asap which was done. Work included hanging 2 doors and replacing a section of my rooms wooden flooring. jan told me that he can get the same wooden flooring, after numerous telephonic calls Jan told me that he cant. It was agreed upon that the monies for the flooring would be reimbursed within 48 hrs. needless to say this never happened. I was even sent a mail from them stating the amount they were reimbursing. Numerous calls were made, jan made promises but nothing happened. I resorted to having lawyers contact them ; 2 different lawyers, Jan once again promised that he would instruct the accountant to pay. Once again this never happened. in the interim, I had to have both doors redone as a result of shoddy workmanship. Please folks don't use these people. they promise but don't deliver. they have offices on the west rand of Jhb as well as in Pretoria they are known as Hyzter Roofing and Maintenance
