Service negligence Hyundai claiming no responsibility
Extremely disappointed in the service and customer care received from Hyundai Tzaneen. Shortly after my vehicle was serviced and the fuel filter replaced, the car broke down completely and had to be towed. Instead of taking accountability or showing concern, the dealership’s response focused on denying responsibility, questioning independent findings, and shifting blame onto the customer. Even after photographic evidence was provided, the experience was handled defensively rather than professionally. The inconvenience, stress, towing costs, and repair expenses were completely ignored. Sadly, I have lost all confidence in this branch and will never use Hyundai Tzaneen again.
