FALSE INFORMATION

Hi i took my car for a service last weekend and i am not happy with the service at all!! You guys told me my brakes were done and it would cost around R2000 for new ones. I didn't have the money so i took the car afterwards to a very well known company for a second opinion. They took of the wheels and had a look there was still 95% of my brakes left which is basically new. You guys told me there was only 5% left. I am very disappointed and have never seen something like this. Best of all you guys gave me a paper saying my brakes need URGENT attention and said i declined to fix it. There wasn't even a problem in the first place! What i also saw is on my driver's side of the car you guys literally stepped on the ground on the side and left marks and scraches which can't be cleaned. I'll obviously have to bring my car back for the next service but i don't think I'll ever believe whatever you say regarding things being broken. You also didn't clean my car properly it looked clean but you can see fingermarks all over the car. This is very poor given you guys are such a big company.
