Receptionist ruining a good dealership

I service my vehicle at this particular location all the time due to the great service by Siya, however the receptionist is an absolute nightmare, she’s always very rude and hangs calls up as though it doesn’t cost money to call the dealership, she’s snipping and has a terrible attitude every single time, she needs to learn customer service. When I called around 16:15 on the 17/12/2020 her behavior was totally uncalled for.
