Poor communication, poor service.

Paid cash for an Accent from Hyundai Roodepoort on 19 November 2019. Had to wait until 29th before I could take delivery, because they were 'waiting for the license plates'. However the registration paper is dated 28th, so this excuse was nonsense. Collected the car, no plates, temporary license till the 17th Dec. Well, that is today. Still no plates or even attempt at communication from the dealership. Sales guy I dealt with is now on leave. No one else knows about it. Spoke to some other guy who said he would investigate and phone me back. Several hours later, no call. If getting license plates is so problematic, I would hate to see their handling of a serious issue. Get the feeling that they are waiting for me to lose patience and get the plates made myself, so that they maximise their short term profit on this sale.
