Pathetic Service

It is absolutely appaling to say the least about the pathetic after sales services received from Hyundai Weltevreden Park. We have purchased a Hyundai Tucson from them in 2017, since acceptance of this car it has given us endless issues. We have been back and fourth to the dealer without any success. They have replaced the gearbox three times already but there is still issues with the gear box. The car has been to them three times in this month. We were promised a courtesy car on Tuesday by the dealer principle, no calls were received to date about the progress of the car nor the courtesy vehicle. Hyundai has nice cars but the after sales services is pathetic. i will not purchase another Hyundai again and this been said after purchasing four cars from them.
