Hyundai weltevreden park poor service

Still no call from the service manager wrt the warranty issue. He promised me that he’d call after load shedding as the line was bad. It’s been 2 weeks. The attitude is terrible! As if they are doing me a favor…clueless! They also refuse blatantly to assist with a loan vehicle even though they can’t find the fault. Thanks for not helping and tarnishing the brand in the process.
