Horrible sale

If it was possible I would've given then half a star. I bought a Hyundai Accent in August 2019 and it has been a horrible experience to say the least. This branch is giving the whole Hyundai group a bad name. From the moment the car was advertised there was a dishonesty. The sales person confirmed all minor scratches and dents would be removed. Needless to say this never happened. When the contract had to be signed (I came up all the way from Bloemfontein on a Saturday) all of a sudden the real one was not available and I had to sign an "old" one with different prices than what was agreed on. I was sent the right one on the Monday. They even sold the car to me without a boot lock and only placed a rubber over the hole. I have had to spend so much money due to defects that were not declared prior to the sale. I have lost all confidence in Hyundai due to these people
