Car Keys

i have bought a car in October last year and everything was fine , however i did not receive my extra car Key which i keep following up. If i do not do a follow up the Sales man does not bother to get back to me. The keys were suppose to be delivered to my office together with the car documents 3 weeks after. The documents were received after i told the Sales guys to drop it off at my nearest Capitec branch with the number plates. i received 2 number place with the document for the car but never the car keys. I am so unhappy with the treatment i am receiving from Darren Govender as its been a while now.
