Bad service

Poor service from this garage ive been trying to call then some lady picks up the phone I'm busy trying to explain that i have a problem with me car and it has less then a year then she's busy talking there not listening to me then she decide to hang up then i called again the she doesn't pick up how can a landline phone doesn't be picked up after 5 seconds talking to the person? Is like I'm a fool I'm so disappointed.
