1st incident at Hyundai Vereeniging my car was booked for service, it was discovered that the engine oil was not adequately maintained ,which could have caused damage to the engine Upon further inspection it was found that the spark plugs had not been replaced as part of the service despite being due for replacement.A report detailing necessary repairs was provided along with insurance information required to process claim however when I arrived to collect my vehicle I was unexpectedly asked to pay for service costs which I was not notified about early on when taking the vehicle ,they didn’t want to give back the vehicle saying I have to settle the payment first , leaving my son stranded without means to return back home
