Worst experience.

I bought a car valuing 33000,I signed the contract electronically,the finance manager(feel free to ask her name so you don't fall into the same pitfall) gave me a brief explanation of each page before excepting)i asked her several time to send me a copy of the contract eventually when she did there was 41000 extra,when I asked her for clarity she said it's a sum of things like smash and grab and car track 'I thought it was all essential,until I received an email from a company congratulating me on my policy,then I asked her for a breakdown of the chargeable extras and I found she took out 5 policies on my behalf,I told her what she did is ***** and she rep**** you had enough time to go through the contractility said she cancel them,to which only 19300 was refunded.the temporary permit also expired before the car was registered,when I asked for another temporary permit,my massage was ignored.
