Worst customer service!

I took my car in for a service at 07:00, Leshin called me at 15:15 to say that I will not be getting my car back as my insurance only approved my quotation at 14:00. When I called my insurance they said the quotation was approved at 09:42 and Leshin is obviously lying. His manager Sham kept making excuses for him. I will never use this Hyundai again. I should have read the many bad reviews before even using them.
