Poor service

My car was giving me a problem with the gear not selecting, so I booked appointment with hyundai umhlanga as my car has a maintenance plan and it came with a booster on that plan, I dropped the car off in the morning a hour later we get a call from leshen Chetty who is the service manager informed me that the clutch needed to be replaced but when I took the car the first service I complained about the clutch the adjusted and said nothing is wrong, so he told us it going to cost R11 000, I told him don't do the repair as I could not afford the R11 000 and he told me that if we take the car to any other service center or mechanic that the maintenance and warranty will fall away, so my wife decides to fetch the car, before she can leaves he comes up to her and tell her he has a mechanic that can do the car for cheaper cost which was a R8000 or so and it won't effect the plans we have on the car... It such poor service that I received... How many other people is he doing this too... I would never recommend hyundai umhlanga to anyone, because they only tell you it not covered on the plan
