Poor service and unhelpful behavior towards customers

Very bad experience. Signed for a vehicle today that I had not chosen. The salesman chose it for me and now after driving it for about an hour I returned it because I don't like it since it is uncomfortable.

I wanted another vehicle but instead I was not assisted as I expected. Tha manager was horrible towards me and gave some ****** remarks. I want this matter sorted out as I can't pay for a vehicle I don't like.
