Poor customer service

I had purchased a vehicle recently and when I informed my sales lady that I would be collecting the next day around 9 . The vehicle was still not ready for collection. After waiting 45 mins , I had noticed that there were multiple scratches and the bonnet was not aligned. The sales manager was in complete denial and after much deliberation, he agreed to get a new vehicle from the ba*****t. I then had to constantly follow up for the paperwork to be submitted to settle my previous finance , only to be told I need to resign documents
