pathetic service and don't want to own up on their fault

I bought car with Hyundai 2023 Umhlanga, ever since my car has never missed any service but not even a single service I was told that there is something pressing compressor which might cause problem in future but when my aircon start to not working I went back and I was told there is a cradle on the aircon pipe and the warranty wont pay for it I need to fix it my self. I went to a registered company that works with Airconditioning for car and they had the pipe fixed right in from of me, and we have picked up that the aircon pipe it was not tighten up on the compressor and the condenser has been slightly moved from it position, all this happened when the car was with Hyundai and I told the labor guy leave it like that because I will be taking the car back to Hyundai to fix the aircon once the pip is fixed. At Hyundai now they denying that they told me to fix the pipe on my own and they also stating since not the condenser it moved they cannot help me which it was something that was done by them when the were doing the 1st inspection on the problem. They tell me the warranty will not pay for the aircon due to the pipe fixed by myself
