Hyundai umhlanga they are giving me poor seevice

My name is Nomfundo. Please Peter help me . I sent my car for engine repair to hyundai umhlanga on the 23March 2021. They said engine overheated have to pay deposit for them to order the engine parts. Well I did pay R40 000 on the 1April 2021. I have tried all means to get the info. If I call they say the parts will com on this day. Then I wll call on that day, then they will say they haven't arrived they don't know what seems to be the problem. It been a month without my car right now I don't know what to to. What pains me tbe way I'm being treated. I'm the one who must call. The guy who is my service provider he doesn't Call always I'm the one who needs to call and he will say he is going to check and call me back and he never does. I'm tired now. Run out of options please help me
