Poor feedback and poor handling of warranties

I would like to get opinion out there....

We bought a Hyundai Venue 1.2 Brand New less than 2000km later careful, reasonable driving less than 2 month later

a problem with the gearbox, than does a clipping sound on release of Torque

since 23rd Oct 2023 to 11th Dec 2023 Warranty cannot resolve - no spares available at hyundai we still have have no car. purchase with full warranty and full maintenance. Our opinion is that this car should be replaced at no charge!

No replacement vehicle offered from hyundai in the interim, even though requested.

We bought a new car, hoping to ensure reasonable service, and immediate resolve of any issues effortlessly.

Is it not the responsibility of the person that gives a warranty to keep spares on hand?
