Hyundai Umhlanga loves money but lacks service

Hyundai Umhlanga replaced my radio In August. Is sent the lady an email telling her the controls on my steering wheel were not linked to my radio but never got a reply back. It seems as though once you pay, you don't get any other help. I have to change songs on my phone or the mode on the actual radio which distracts me when I'm driving. It's amazing how when they wanted the money they responded to my emails. As soon as i paid, the service changed. Very disappointing
