Hyundai umhlanga

Please people, I'd STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI UMHLANGA.Purchased a grand I10 from Kamlen in May/June 2023. Upon pick up, the vehicle smelled like dead animal and they tried to disguise the smell with aerosol spray. We've had nuts and bolts falling on our lap while driving, coming from the steering wheel. Latest problem, is the vehicle not selecting the reverse gear. We took it in twice and were told that we'd just have to live with initiating reverse 3-5 times, or to try and select 1st gear, then try and select reverse. The disrespect I received from the supervisor, Asogan, was unbelievable and his "I don't give a damn" attitude is disappointing. Kamlen, the sales rep, tried to park our car, but could not initiate reverse, we had to help him, THE VERY GUY WHO SOLD US THE VEHICLE AT HYUNDAI UMHLANGA. The supervisor, Asogan tried and got it right and denied that there was a problem, right after the sales rep failed on several occasions to initiate reverse. One would think that Hyundai would be honest in telling a client about the defects of a vehicle when they enquire about it. These guys are deceptive. There's a reason why they don't have an email address for head office, you guys work it out, but me, I'm reaching out to the ombudsman, as I'm paying monthly instalments for a defective vehicle.
