Bad Service

I visited the Hyundai dealership in Umhlanga today to inquire about the i20 and get a trade-in valuation for my vehicle. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience with their used car sales manager, Deon Maharaj.

Deon test-drove my car and returned without offering any feedback or trade-in value. Instead, he handed my keys back to the salesperson, Ravesh, and walked away without a word leaving me standing there like an idiot. I felt completely disregarded as a client, which was both awkward and disrespectful.

While Ravesh had done the online valuation professionally, Deon’s lack of basic courtesy left me highly disappointed. Based on this poor treatment, I have no intention of returning to this branch.
