I want my money back
I took my car to them a year ago because it couldn't move. They diagnosed the car and told me they would fix whatever needs to be fixed. They called me a month later and told me to come fetch it as it was ready to be collected and they guaranteed that everything was fixed. I paid for the car and realized that the car still had the same problem after I had left the dealership. They now refuse to give me my money back
