Atrocious customer service at Hyundai Tygervalley in Cape Town
The customer service at Hyundai Tygervalley is atrocious. I bought a used Hyundai vehicle in September 2019 and it has not been a happy experience. Firstly, when i collected the car, it had temporary licence permit which was valid for 21 days, at the end of the 21 days, the sales person had not contacted to come collect the official registered licence number plate and had to drive for 8 days with an expired permit. Secondly, the car did not have the spare key, as it was apparantely lost. Then i had to wait for a month to receive the spare key. To make matters worse i had to run around myslef and get the key blade to be cut as well the key to programmed. Thirdly, when i collected the car, it did not have a spare tyre. The sales person then offered me a spare tyre of which the mag was badly scratched. I refused this and told the sales person to fix this tyre so that i could come collect. it is four months and i am still waiting for my spare tyre. Every time i call the sales person, i am given lousy excuses and told that they are working on it and as soon at it is resolved, they call me. It is four months now and have yet to receive a call nor my spare tyre. I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again.
