Terrible service

So I bought in my car for service and have been since 8 waiting for the shuttle. It’s 9:22 and still no sign of the shuttle. As if we don’t have work. I have never experienced this ever. They tell you to bring the car in latest 8 but shouldn’t there be a shuttle up until then? How pathetic
