Hyundai the Glen is the worst dealership you could ever get yourself involved with. If you value your time and money don’t do any business with them expecially if you are a woman

I purchased my Hynduai grand i10 in April 2023 the worst experience of my life. I got sold a pre owned vehicle for a price of a brand new car, wasn’t issued a new disc, my car was t taken in for inspection or roadworthy I literally had to take it myself. I was given the car with scratches and wet seats. The sales assistant Itumeleng promised he will send me some money in my account to fix all this I went back to the dealership and he had already resigned. Went in for my service and my car was turned back due to the time frame which was to soon according to them. Just took my car in now and got turned away because they want R4500 to service my car while it’s under service plan. I’m paying R4400 for a second hand car that all the dealership has brought to me is horrible customer service and negligence on their side and the arrogance. This dealership has no care whatsoever about their customers and services. I’m in soo much distraught and I regret the day I went in with this dealership
