Hyundai poor customer service

Hi i did a trade in with Hyundai TH Glen and in August. 4 weeks later i received my money but it was short paid. They customer service is very poor, you call the salespeople they do not pick up, and when they get back to you, they give you stories, then when you get hold of management ,they give you another story.
