Horrible experience at Hyundai The Glen

I bought a car at Hyundai The Glen, what I experienced is horrible. I didn’t get any copy of my contracts. They said the system is down, they will email the documents to me. Even till date I’m still fighting to get a copy of my contract. Service book that was not inside the car. I bought this car in October 2021
