Don't purchase a car from Hyundai The Glen

I am very disappointed with the service received from Hyundai The Glen and Hyundai South Africa. I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai The Glen over two years ago and was promised that I would receive the spare key later as they were waiting for it from their head office. I followed up with them for two years and always received the same response and then decided to contact Hyundai South Africa to find out what really was causing the delay. They informed me that the employees who handled the sale no longer work at Hyundai The Glen and they don't know what happened to the spare key so they can't assist me, I need to purchase a replacement key which is pathetic. They only pay attention to customers when they want to make a sale but thereafter the service is pathetic. I am disappointed in Hyundai and regret purchasing a vehicle from them.
