*********** and arrogant no accountability

The worst experience ever since I started buying Hyundai vehicles this is the fourth one over 4 branches in a space of 5 years. But this branch lacks customer service to the core by salesperson Zippho. A disrespectful, arrogant and rude man. Lacks after sales service and dismisses customers when he should account. Today while trying to resolve an issue he failed to resolve last year I asked him for the dealer principal and he simply walked away and ignored me. Leaving me dumbstruck as I’m calling him. I’ll be writing a full turn of events below as I’m highly disappointed in the treatment and service post paying a huge deposit and collecting the car.
