RUDE CONSULTANT

I bought a car from this dealership on the 19/01/2023 (worst mistake of my life) 1st they got the paper work details incorrectly, I had go back to them and fix that with them which also impacted my insurance details. My biggest problem with the Strijdom Park branch is their consultant by the name of Thato Maruleng, that guy is extremely RUDE and can't talk to clients, I had told him before that my battery is giving me problems and he told me to go to the dealership on the 17/02/2023, and I went there only for him to tell me that I should bring it some other day, (mind you that's my time, energy and petrol) we then scheduled for to go again on the 25/02/2023 but unfortunately I couldn't go as I had other commitments, I sent someone there today (27/02/2023) and he's AGAIN telling me to bring the car tomorrow, I need my battery fixed as in yesterday, when I tried explaining all this to him he then decided to hang up the phone on my ear while I was talking to him. I do not want to deal with him anymore, he needs customer service training because he will drag your company down the drain with that attitude, I'm so disappointed in how I was treated and how my car buying experience has been handled.
