Brand new car key given back in pieces, Broken

I took my in to have a window regulator fixed. In return I got back a broken key. Not only was it broken but completely fell apart. After having to demand to speak to a manger (Herman and Wouter) they managed to put it back together again, but not for long. After using it only once it fell apart again. Miraculously they not answering my call today 25/2/2020. Furthermore I had to take a public taxi x2 to get to and from the dealer and work because all drivers were out after sitting and waiting for almost an hour. I'm completely frustrated with the branch. When the only thing that makes a difference in your turnover is really customer satisfaction.In this case they lost the plot completely.
