Bad service

I bought my car brand in 2015 and it did not have any problems but in 2021 the paint started peeling off I took it to be repainted. It came back. Now again in 2024 it's peeling off again on the different sides 😒. I took in again and I asked why are they not calling all the cars that have a same pr and repaint all of them as it their factory faulty and I was no told no you bring it as and when it has peeled off. Right now I am very frustrated as I don't have a car again. They promised me that they would be finished in 7 days, till today I still don't have a car its the second week now. They don't even have a decency to call me I'm the one who is calling them everyday they don't even give a courtesy car for that matter. I am so mad
