A very Sad and undefeated Customer

I feel I was ****** by this dealership, I was assisted by a lady by the name of Nokuthula in 2019 and the service she gave me was good, however things took a turn when I realized a year later after I purchased my vehicle that a tracker was not installed. when I bought the vehicle on 22 Nov 2019, I was told the deal comes with a 3years contract deal with Netstar, and in my Vehicle tax invoice shows some of the extras they charged me including the Netstar tracker. I was told this was a 3-year contract with Netstar as its included in my installment. a year passed and no tracker was installed, when I contacted Netstar they knew nothing about that and advised me to contact the dealership. I contacted the dealership and till this day I was not assisted. why was I charged R3000 for a tracker that was never installed? there was a time these people were refusing to take my calls taking me from pillar to post. I am tired of this back and forth and I need answers. I am so angry at them for taking advantage of a woman.
