Service not rendered.

I am quiet appalled by the service I have received here. I bought my car in 2019 and to my surprise I found out just a month ago from my tracking company that there is no tracker. The dealership took installation money for the tracker and there is no tracker in the car. I called the manager Abdul and still have not received any call back from him. I am gravely and utterly disappointed
