Decitful and Lies

The dealership contacted us for a service which the charge a client for, we agreed to assist on condition, that they pay for the service upfront, as we have no contract or arrangement with them. The dealership then informed the client all was arranged and that the client can just book the vehicle in with us. On the day of arrival, we informed the client that we have not received payment yet. Both the client and I contacted the dealership, to ask about payment, they promised us that the payment is being done right away. We then completed the work, and still no payment. Then a senior from the dealership phones and asked that we please release the vehicle to the client and he gives me his WORD that the payment is being done right away. We released the vehicle, and his WORD means nothing. Cant be trusted. till today and even after promising me today that payment will be done, again failed on his WORD. All you get is lies and being ********* from them. I recommend caution when dealing with them
