Worst service ever!

Worst service ever! Took my car in for service at 7:30am. The person who checked my car sent me inside to get a qoute where I was you'd I did not book my car in( had a whatsapp confirming my appointment). I called to check how far they were (mind you I had to call) I was told the technician is still busy this is now 3:30 in yhe afternoon. I got a call to tell me my car is almost finished the driver is on the way to fetch me at 3:55. Waited to only be fetched at 5:15. Waiting outside my work place in the rain as I has cancelled a lift knowing that I am being fetched.I will never use this dealership ever. Why do you take in mire cars than you can handle??? What about your employees who have to be collecting people beyond working hours and waiting for customers to fetch their cars??? GREED! I had to call the driver three times as he was stuck in traffic but at no point did they think to send another car to fetch me as I was closer to the dealership than the driver was. The lack of service for your customers is appalling to say the least.
