Shocking Service from the minute your OTP is signed

I wish I had read the reviews on this business before purchasing a vehicle from them! I have had shocking service from the salesman. The list of issues are too long to mention, however the biggest of these is that I took delivery of the vehicle on 12/12/2022, and to this day (10/1/2023) I still don't have licence plates. The temp licence expired on 2/1/2023, so I am essentially driving an unlicensed vehicle!! They don't care, they'll take their time.
