*** SERVICE RECEIVED FROM HYNDAI SPRINGFIELD, DURBAN

I regret the day I took my car for service to these paras, so unprofessional, inconsiderate. They booked my car, when I was suppose to collect, only to be told no parts available, they were unable to fix the car, can only be fixed after 21 days. They do not care whether you have other means of transport or not. What made me angry is that I had initially told them what needs to be done in my car (as diagnosed by their other branch) and they agreed weeks before booking it.
