Negligence at Hyundai

Im disgusted and appalled by the customer service at Hyundai Springfield park.The dealer principal Kevin Naicker is rude and so unhelpful. He never listens to his customers and always wants to be right. Someone at this dealership was negligent with my vechicle and nobody wants to take responsibility for their action.My car as not been repaired and Hyundai staff are just playing the blaming game with each other!! I need my car repaired. Can someone give me a way forward!!
