Hyundai Springfield putting my safety at risk due to poor management.
I recently purchased a brand new Grandi10 fluid and felt relieved that I would have a reliable car under warranty and didn’t expect to have car issues one week after my purchase. At first I was unable to open the door intermittently and booked my vehicle in for an assessment and although I was told the door was fixed on collection of the car it would not open.I couldn’t open the driver’s door from the outside or inside which is a major security risk. I was told a part will need to be ordered and will be contacted within 7 days which I was not. So 10 days later I sent an email and was told that someone from the dealership would contact me. Three days later excl the weekend still no call and today was told that the part will be ordered tomorrow then later told the part has already been ordered.Springfield did not have the courtesy to call me advising that there was a delay which is very unprofessional and given the nature of the problem where my safety is jeopardized not being able to open my car door where I am locked inside the vehicle, find the service very disappointing. In the event of a hijacking how do I stand any chance of escape and this is the reason I am shocked with the service as I am putting my life at risk everytime I drive this car.
