Disgusting service from Hyundai Springfield

Took our work vehicle in for repairs that should fall under warranty. Hyundai then told us that the problem was not under warranty because we had not done our last service. When we then stated that the last service was done on time and we have never missed a service, then suddenly their story changed.

When we took the vehicle in, we explained the urgency of getting our vehicle back because we need our vehicle for deliveries.

After their story changed they then told us they would wait for approval to go ahead and fix the vehicle based on the fact that now all of a sudden, it's still under warranty.

We waited days for them to get approval, then once they got approval, they told us we could collect the vehicle the following day.

We then called the following day and as usual, it'd IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO THEM. But once we finally got through, we got transfered to multiple different people before being told "your parts where ordered and only delivered yesterday, so you won't be getting your vehicle back today.

The following day NO COMMUNICATION YET AGAIN. Once we finally got through to them we where then told that we can't collect our vehicle at the set time we where given the day before. We now need to wait till the afternoon.

When we collected the vehicle we were told that the vehicle still needs MORE repairs and need ANOTHER inspection that they would like to conduct the following week.

Having been fed up with the **** service from them, we decided to go to our regular hyundai by Gateway so that we could get the rest of the problems sorted.

When taking the vehicle to Hyundai Gateway, they did the necessary checks and found that the SAME PROBLEM we took the vehicle in for in the beggining was actually not fixed properly, so they had our vehicle for so long yet still couldn't even fix the problem properly.

Please, if you want to throw your money at airtime and petrol, I suggest giving these idiots a call. If you want to waste your time, give them a call. 100% guaranteed to **** you off.
